Ketttlebell complex "The Number of the Beast" For power, strength endurance,and conditioning.

This single kettlebell complex will be great for, power, strength endurance, conditioning and fat loss. Your midsection, core, abs 6 pack, whatever you want to call them will also get a serious workout !

Use a kettlebell that is 90-100% of your 1RM for STRICT one arm military presses.

It goes like this-

1 X Swing 
1 X Clean
1 X Front squat
1 X Push press 
1 X Jerk
1 X Bent press

Switch arms and do the same on the other side. 
Take 1:00 rest. And start again.
Do 5 more rounds, for a total of 6 rounds.

It took me about 10 minutes or so with the 48kg beast kettlebell.

For the warm up I did-
Hinges, bodyweight squats, arm bars, strict pull-ups, strict push-ups, goblet squats,and crooked arm bars. Then I did one round of the complex with a 24 kg bell. Then one round with a 32kg bell.

Waited a couple of minutes then started the complex with the 48kg bell.

Make sure you are proficient with these movements on their own before trying a complex like this. One rep of each exercise doesn't sound like much. But at these percentages, it is.
