The Kettlebell Horse Stance Gorilla Clean is an extremely challenging exercise that will tax your entire body throughout the set. This quick workout will blast engage your arms, legs, and core like few other movements can. Perform 10 sets of 10 (5 each side). For a real challenge, see if you can complete the workout in under 10 minutes. Rest as little as possible in between sets. Record your time and try and improve the next time you do it.
