Get ready to bring your workout to the next level! If you’ve been stuck in a rut or bored with regular dumbbells, then you need to try more challenging workouts. Trust us, try this Kettlebell Bootcamp Challenge if you want to get stronger and leaner faster.

This bootcamp is designed to challenge your current level of fitness. You can’t keep doing the same exercises and cardio and expect to keep seeing rapid muscle changes. In order to keep improving your health, you need to keep challenging it! Kettlebells can be intimidating, but let’s face it, they make you feel pretty hard core. This Kettlebell Bootcamp Challenge is designed to be a little bit harder than your usual workouts so read each exercise description, and be sure to watch the videos before attempting the exercises!
Equipment Needed: a soft surface to work out on or a yoga mat, a towel, water for hydration, and a 10-15 lb Kettlebell.
What to Do: Read each exercise instruction carefully and watch the demonstration videos. For this workout, complete each exercise by doing 10 repetitions on both the right and left sides, then move on to the next exercise. Complete all exercises to complete one circuit.
Beginner’s Level: Complete 2 circuits.
Intermediate Level: Complete 3 circuits.
Advanced Level: Complete 4 circuits.
