Kettlebell Exercise Summary
The kettlebell windmill is an excellent full body movement. It will help build hip mobility, hamstring flexibility, shoulder stability and abs of steel! This exercise is best performed for low reps in a slow and controlled fashion at the beginning of your workout.
Kettlebell Exercise Steps
1. Lockout a kettlebell overhead.
2. While keeping your back leg straight and your front leg slightly bent or straight, slowly push your butt back.
3. Reach for the ground with your bottom hand. Let the bottom hand glide down the inside of your leg.
4. Keep your eyes on the kettlebell
5. Pause. Then reverse the movement until you are standing up straight.
