Get some Sumo Deadlift High Pulls and Goblet Squats!!!

Implement: One Kettlebell
Weight: Medium to Heavy Kettlebell
Directions: Do ten sumo deadlift high pulls, then ten goblet squats. Immediately do eight
sumo deadlift high pulls, then eight goblet squats. Descend by two’s until you hit two sumo deadlift high pull and two goblet squats. Keep your form strict!
