Day #1 of the Primary Kettlebell Workout Plan is a full body workout routine involving three separate supersets. No rest between exercises during each superset and 45 seconds between rounds and supersets.

A1: 2-Hand Swings - 5 x 10
A2: 2-Hand Press - 5 x 10
B1: Figure 8 to Hold - 5 x 10
B2: Goblet Squat - 5 x 10
C1: Squat Press - 5 x 10
C2: Kettlebell Sit Up - 5 x 10
