Joint mobility/Primal Move
5 rounds:
- 20 secs jumping rope
- 10 secs rest
- 20 sec push ups
- 10 sec of rest
3x5 back lunges with rotation
3x3 rack squats, per side
3x3 swated military press, per side
3x3 swated military press, per side
5x5 pullover crunches
5x20 sec bicycles
5x20 sec bicycles
Stretch
Week 6, Day 2

2x10 push ups
2x25 swings
